Powder Tester PT-X
Hosokawa Micron's Powder Characteristics Tester PT-X employs the methods developed by Ralph L. Carr (Carr Indices) to assess the flowability and floodability of dry powders. Despite its compact size, the PT-X can measure seven different characteristics and three auxiliary values for a wide range of applications.
Since 1968, when the original Powder Tester was introduced, over 3,500 units have been sold worldwide. The testing standards established by the Powder Tester have made it the preferred choice in the development of more than 3000 patents.
