The Hosokawa Micron Group has toll processing (contract manufacturing) facilities in the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom, offering a diverse range of powder processing technologies, for one-off projects or recurring jobs – all supported by our extensive powder and particle processing expertise. Take advantage of our state-of-the-art production facilities and specialist toll processing team, all focused on optimum output and performance.
In the Netherlands, Hosokawa Micron offers the following operations: Mixing and Blending, Drying, Agglomeration, Milling and Classification, Densification and Packing. Thanks to our flexible team of specialists, all processes can be tailored to your individual specifications! We can offer short or long term contracts, giving you the flexibility to tailor toll production to your needs. Please note that we are not accredited for the toll processing of food products.

Available Toll Processing Equipment
In our location in the Netherlands, the following equipment is available for toll processing:
- Nauta batch (vacuum) drying or mixing equipment: 300, 800, 3500, 6000 litres
- Cyclomix for high shear mixing: 5, 50, 500 litres
- Flash mill dryer up to 150 kg/h water evaporation
- Machinery for continuous mixing and agglomeration
- Ultrasonic screening on 45, 80 and 140 micron
- Intermediate transport in stainless steel IBC's
Remote Attendance During Production
