Vitomix Ribbon Screw Mixer
The Vitomix ribbon screw mixer is very suitable for fast mixing of medium-sized batches of feed additives with extremely high accuracy and low energy input. It combines gentle mixing and mid to low shear in one compact machine. Mixing times of 1 - 3 minutes can be achieved.
The Vitomix ribbon screw mixer offers accurate mixing of very small quantities of powder concentrates into a mix of bulk materials with different bulk density and particle properties. Besides high accuracy the Vitomix is available in rather high capacities with batch sizes up to 4 tons.

Tailored to Your Requirements
Provided with a central bottom outlet, the Vitomix offers maximum and controlled discharge without segregation of the mixed product. The mixing vessel and its cover can be manufactured in one single piece, without segments or sharp edges where product can build up. Cantilevered, double mixing screws facilitate easier cleaning while at the same time avoiding heat generation by seals or bearings. An access door mounted in the vessel wall will enable easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
